Establishing Your Presence
Once APSIS has been charged with the task of implementing your
vision, we begin the critical initial phases. Firstly, we outline
a detailed project schedule. You'll begin the necessary transfer
of information to your APSIS Web Manager, and your extranet site
will be setup.

With information and real-world materials
passed on to us, the APSIS strategic team will begin the initial
assessment - exploring your current branding and collateral
materials in order to effectively recreate or to |

Detailed needs analyses - creative, technical, and informational
- will be performed. The outcome of these analyses will begin to
shape the groundwork for the remainder of the project.
Final Touches
We now begin the foray into design and programming. A significant
yet sometimes undocumented component of this phase is ongoing testing.
Off-the-shelf applications are integrated and customized. Custom
and unique applications are developed to specification. The visual
design process continues and culminates in an interface that supports
and reinforces your brand.
Custom layouts that enhance the features and improve your applications'
usability are also designed, meanwhile, the content for your site
is undergoing development and refinement.
The twilight of the development phase is the conclusion of the
design and programming phases of our process. After production and
during deployment, all project elements are moved to their final
server destinations, installed and configured properly, and a final
Quality Assurance check is performed.
The day we've all been waiting for arrives - Launch!
Of course, it all doesn't end with the pop of a champagne cork.
Client transition and training begins - we make sure your team is
fully up to speed. After launch, evolution based on live feedback
and Web statistics become a vital part of an ongoing maintenance
plan. As your development partner, we will begin to set our long-term
sights on future phases.
Now that you've experienced our development process in it's entirety,
let us put it to work for you. Let's
get started!
