| 1. | Blessing of babies 1st Sunday of each month (forms can be collected from church office prior to date of blessing). A cost of $100.00 is attached to the Blessing Certificate. |

Officiating Ministers are Bishop Ira D. Thompson, Pastor, or Rev. John K. Hewitt, Assistant Pastor.

Before setting your wedding date, you MUST first contact the Officiating Minister who will give you the necessary O.K. concerning intended date.

| c. |
Meetings/Counselling sessions are by appointment, and are held Tuesdays at 7:00p.m.
|
| d. |
At our first meeting with the parties intending to get married, the wedding date will be confirmed, the Banns (or Notice for Marriage) will be executed, and relevant material concerning the marriage will be passed on.

| e. |
There is a Questionnaire that MUST be filled out exclusively by both parties, which will form part of the counselling sessions. Engaged couples will undergo four or more sessions of counselling.

| f. |
Rehearsal for the wedding will be held on the Friday evening before the event, at 6:00p.m. sharp! Please ensure that the participants are properly attired. Ladies should not wear SHORTS or PANTS.

| g. |
An arch is provided by the church, you will, however, be required to do your own decorations. These can be removed after the wedding.
|
| h. |
A late fee of $500.00 is payable before the wedding. This is totally refundable should the service begin within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled time of commencement.

Wedding fee is $6,000.00
|
| j. |
Private wedding fee is $2,500.00

Please also ensure that dresses worn by Bridal Party on the wedding day are modestly made. We are trying to maintain the sanctity of the occasion as well as the Temple.

We encourage you to take your child to Sunday School on a regular basis, where he/she will Hear the Truth Continually (Deuteronomy 6:4) and learn to Love the Lord Fervently (Deuteronomy 6:5 -6). Mothers and fathers will be instructed how to Teach the Young Diligently (Deuteronomy 4:9). And, as a household, your family will Fear the Lord Greatly (Deuteronomy 6:10 - 15).
